These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DailyEnglishPro at dailyenglishpro.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

DailyEnglishPro offers IELTS preparation tools: full mocks, section practice, study tools, and optional AI Writing / Speaking reports. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Basic, or Pro) and remaining AI credits.

AI band scores and feedback are practice estimates only. They are not official IELTS results and do not guarantee any exam outcome.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or use the service with a parent/guardian where required).
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, share logins, or attempt to bypass paywalls.

• Paid plans unlock the practice library. AI Writing and Speaking reports consume credits as shown in the product.
• Prices are displayed at checkout via Stripe and may change for future periods.
• Credits reset or renew according to your plan cycle; unused credits generally do not roll over unless we explicitly say otherwise in-product.
• Taxes may apply based on your location. Manage or cancel renewals in the Stripe customer portal linked from Settings when available.

Because digital content and AI usage can be consumed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started or credits have been used. If a charge was made in error, or the service was unavailable due to a verified outage on our side, contact support within 14 days and we will review in good faith.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute exam packs or other content outside personal study use
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
• Attempt to reverse engineer grading systems or attack the service
• Use bots or automation to exhaust free quotas or credits unfairly
• Misrepresent AI feedback as an official IELTS score

The DailyEnglishPro brand, software, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors. Practice materials may include third-party or licensed exam-style content provided only for personal study inside the product. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is in good standing.

You retain rights to the essays and recordings you submit. You grant us a license to process that content to provide transcription, scoring, storage, abuse prevention, and product improvement. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect scoring accuracy, or that practice results will match any official exam. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyEnglishPro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, scores, admissions, visas, or exam outcomes. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where consumer protection laws in your country give you mandatory rights that cannot be waived.

English is the governing language of these Terms. Translated UI labels do not change the meaning of this English legal text.
