Part 1 question list

Part 2 cue cards

Card 1: Describe a skill you want to improve this year

  • What the skill is
  • Why you want to improve it
  • How you plan to practise
  • And explain what success would look like

Card 2: Describe a teacher who influenced you

  • Who the teacher was
  • What they taught
  • How they helped you
  • And explain why they were memorable

Part 3 discussion prompts

  1. Should schools focus more on practical skills than exams?

  3. Why do some adults return to study later in life?
